we were in boston for such a short time, and really there to see as much family as possible for as much time as possible, that we didn't do much sightseeing. however, my brother did take us up to the harvard club for some drinks which featured beautiful panoramic views of the city.
they also live by the brookline reservoir, which is very pretty. hopefully now that the silverlake reservoir is being decommissioned as an actual drinking water reservoir, they can make it nice like that too. another place john and his family took us was boston common and the esplanade, overlooking the charles river. it was a gorgeous day, and we had lots of fun hanging out with my nieces and nephew.
this is my little ham of a nephew. miss those kids.
