winter winter in chicago.

making time was fantastic, especially since we all had the brilliant idea of bring and wearing ear plugs rather than go deaf for the following 48 hours. went to grab cheesesteaks at pat's afterwards with jason, so i didnt get home until after 3a, and i got back up at 6a to do some last minute packing before flying to chicago.

saturday was cold, snowy and windy. theodore and i drove out to elgin to watch daniel's basketball game, went to petco and bought a beautiful anemone (pictured), and spent the rest of the night hanging out and drinking with his roommates in their apartment.

sunday morning, theodore's mom and her friends debbie and linda came over to look at his apartment for the first time, then we drove out to woodfield mall out in schaumburg to do some christmas shopping. got something for my mom from swarovski, as usual, and he got some stuff for his brothers. we also went to aquarium adventure where he bought a blue hippo tang (ie, dori from finding nemo).
