when the weather gets cold, you try to stay warm! the landlord very kindly installed a new heater for us this year (we had one before, but it was extremely inefficient - our gas bill for one month jumped from an average of $15, to $100 last winter!). it's super easy to turn on and off, unlike the old one, is more compact, and honestly, puts out more heat. hopefully the gas bill doesn't jump too much.
anyway, sanford discovered the heater last night and then decided to spend most of the evening planted in front of it, which is behind the couch. so he wouldn't even come hang out on the couch. it's his new best friend. ALSO, we match this morning! i busted out my green hoodie without even thinking about it.
sanford: i don't know what this thing is but it's my new best friend!!
