a few weeks back we finally ventured to bottega louie downtown for a late brunch. unfortunately, it was so late and they were so busy that when we finally sat down, they were doing last call for the brunch menu. so we quickly ordered the beignets and the farmers market breakfast.
james was feeling dinner, so opted for the lamb chop. and of course we ordered the portobello fries. everything was quite delicious, and while i enjoyed my first few fries, they ended up being too heavy for me after a bit.
we didn't end up buying any of their amazing looking desserts or requisite macarons, but maybe next time.
