finally dinnered at red medicine.

finally went to red medicine over in beverly hills the other night. everything was quite good. the amberjack and lamb were especially standouts - the amberjack was surprisingly light and refreshing. the lamb, which was a braised lamb belly, was just so interesting because it had the texture of pork belly, but that amazing lightly game-y lamb flavor.
